Once your Bokashi Buddy is full, let it fully ferment undisturbed in a room-temp location for 2 weeks. Then, your food waste will be ready to be used as pre-compost around your home, garden, or community.

Diverted Colorado grown grain chaff (wheat, barley, rye), organic EM-1 microbial inoculant, unsulphered molasses, non-chlorinated water.
