How to Sprout Seeds
Start by taking about a teaspoon of seeds and add them to the glass jar.
Add cool water to cover the seeds. Soak overnight (about 8-12 hours).
In the morning, with the straining lid attached, drain the water from the seeds.
Rinse the seeds with cool to room temp water. Drain completely.
Rinse your seeds once a day until ready to eat.
Sprouts are ready to eat when the leaves green up and the seed shell (hull) drops away in the jar.
